Our basic package includes: Welcome to the country, transfers in private vehicles, food, lodging, insurance, week orientation , mobile phone, T-shirt of Totally Argentina team, personal credential for the entry to projects, study material chosen for the program, End of course certificate.

It is required with your request to make a deposit of £ 180 / € 200 / AUS $ 380 / $ 300 / $ 300 CAN. This is compulsory. This amount will be deducted from the total cost of the full program when final payment is fulfilled. We will immediately notify you the receipt of your request and payment of deposit.

You can make the deposit as well as the full payment of the project by bank transfer or sending us a check.

But if you want to pay with traveler's checks, you will receive a DISCOUNT OF 10% of the total of the project.

Within ten working days, we will write to officially welcome you to our program. At this point, we'll send all the information and instructions via e-mail.

• General information about your place of destiny, together with information on projects in Argentina, staff, offices, etc.
• Information about your insurance coverage.
• Our formal point of view and conditions.
• A questionnaire for you to fill in at your arrival and return to your country.
• Complete information about your particular placement.

If it is not possible to travel on schedule for various personal reasons, placements can be set aside with no additional cost or at least with a minimum price. The changes or cancellations must be notified in writing. Cancellation conditions will depend on the time in advanced you notify in writing prior to your departure.

• Notice of 3 months or more - £ 50 / € 60 / U.S. 100 / AUS $ 120 / $ 100 CA.
• Notice of 2-3 months - One-third of the total cost.
• Notice of 1-2 months - Two thirds of the total cost.
• Notice of less than 1 month - No refund.

In order to ensure a pleasant stay, Totally Argentina has established standards of behavior applicable to school, accommodation, as well as to volunteer, or any other program of Totally Argentina. In case of breaking the rules, Totally Argentina has the right to cancel the program without the possibility of refund.
